VEHICLE WAS LOW ON OIL, TOPPED OFF. INTERCOOLER HOSE FOUND TO BE PARTIALLY DISCONNECTED, SECURED HOSE AND TEST DROVE VEHICLE. MISFIRES OCCUR UNDER LOAD, PULLED ONE SPARK PLUG OUT AND IT WAS EXTREMELY WORN/FOULED OUT. SUGGESTED SPARK PLUGS AND GDI SERVICE, CUSTOMER OPTED TO REPLACE SPARK PLUGS.
